Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. Items that have been used or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at (787) 993-1836 or email us at  orders@brotherztshirtshop.com within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Equipment’s will have a store credit to use with us.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at (787) 993-1836 or email us at orders@brotherztshirtshop.com to initiate an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Gift cards
- Used printers

Final Sale Items
Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
